General Ordering Information
STANDARD PRODUCTION: 10-15 business days. Orders go to production upon receipt of PO, credit approval, art approval and pre-production sample approval if required.
RUSH PRODUCTION: Most often all are accommodated at no additional charge. Check with factory on requirements of your order.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Order acknowledgements are faxed/emailed on all orders. If you do not receive an acknowledgement the order has not been entered into our system.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Changes are possible before production begins. Changes to the order must be in writing. All costs incurred up to the change/cancellation will be charged. Charge $50.00 (R)
LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE: Minimum quantity produced will be 1/2 of the listed minimum quantity of that product. Charge $50.00 (R)
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: We make every effort to ship exact quantity ordered but reserve the right to ship 5% over/under. If no over/under acceptable it must be stated on PO.
CREDIT TERMS: First time customers are required to prepay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Net 30 day terms after credit approval.
SHIPPING INFORMATION F.O.B.: Elkhart, IN 46517
SPECIAL PACKAGING: Available. Polybagging, vacuum packing and special carton packs. Please inquire with specifics for pricing.
SHIPPING METHOD: UPS, FedEx and common carriers are used most often. We can ship via your account or prepay and add to invoice. We can offer shipping service quotes to provide you with the most economical and dependable delivery.
DELIVERY LIABILITY: The factory will not be held liable for carriers failure to deliver on time.
DROP SHIP CHARGE: $15.00 (R)
RETURNS/CREDIT: All products must be examined upon receipt. After 15 days we will consider the invoice undisputed and payment is due in full. If we have made an error, it is our policy to replace the product. Prior to returning any products you must receive a return authorization number. Products arriving at factory without this will not be accepted.
