Foam Cutting Services

Quality Foam Designs has extensive contour cutting capabilities.  Our equipment includes 2 horizontal contour cutters and 2 vertical contour cutters.  These computer driven machines allow us to cut foam into virtually any shape.  Our water jet cutter extends that capability to a variety of materials, including high density closed cell products.   An added bonus – the contour cutters provide the ability to create custom prototypes for review and revision without incurring costly tooling charges.  Particularly useful for designing that custom promotional product!
